The candidate for this position will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our automotive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance. You will be the main point of contact with our customers. The candidate should have excellent technical skills, and high-level analytical skills in order to succeed in this role.
Main Activities:
Maintain updated Time Management process at (SAP)
Execute with high level of accuracy and on time the payroll process before (prenomina) and pre nomina para la nómina semanal, quincenal y practicantes (Tiempo extra, vacaciones, permisos, etc.)
Oversees the application and accomplishment of labor procedures based on the Labor Law (LFT), Internal Rules, and USMCA.
Act as representative of the company and attend requirements at government institutions for administrative processes like: IMSS, Centro Local y Federal de Conciliación.
Calculation and review of food coupons, saving fund (Monex), Fonacot, SUA, and annual performance bonus.
Control and manage the off-boarding process for resignation or termination.
Manage the hiring process for direct, indirect, and salaried employees guarantee the onboarding process: social security, medical insurance, lifre insurance and payroll system (SAP and Contpaq)
Create and keep updated employee records meeting all the requirements at the Labor department, IATF and Social security.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve the People & Culture key performance indicators ( Absenteeism, Sickness rate, Turnover, Labor grievance, and Payrroll Accuracy)
Compensation and benefits management.
Actively contribution on the CBA.
Keep close contact with union´s delegates and colleagues to attend and solve daily requirements to prevent future issues.
Oversees the Transportation´s supplier meet the scope of work conducting frequents audits and evaluating service.
Follow purchasing process for People and Culture services (SRM, purchase order, good received, and payment)
Actively support the events organized by People and Culture.
Responsible of the labor normative (NOM035, NOM025) deploy surveys, develop action plan and action effectiveness.
