We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Senior Data and Process Governance Analyst to join our dynamicteam. In this pivotal role, you will assess and analyze existing processes andworkflows to identify areas for improvement, and develop, plan, and implementstreamlined solutions that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidatewill combine strong analytical thinking with leadership and technicalexpertise, demonstrating customer empathy and a commitment to enhancingprocesses and governance frameworks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Data-Driven Analysis and Insights: Utilize a data-driven approach to proactively analyze and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships within existing data, generating actionable insights to gain an understanding of improvement opportunities and prioritization.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with Business Partners, Service, Process and Data Owners that encourages open communication and cross-functional teamwork to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate & Host Process Workshops: Conduct process deep-dive sessions with subject matter experts to obtain a strong understanding of current processes and develop process models inclusive of those process activities, events, critical data elements, and relationships.
- Strategic Alignment and Solution Development: Analyze process details to identify bottlenecks and gaps, translate technical and business processes and requirements into actionable outcomes and deliverables, present strategic solutions, and track their adoption and benefits.
- Measure Success: Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to monitor and report the effectiveness of data and process governance initiatives, making recommendations for standardization to increase trust and further adoption.
- Governance Strategy: Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive governance strategies, policies, procedures, best practices, and guidelines.
- Risk Management: Proactively oversee the identification and mitigation of risks, utilizing a comprehensive Management Operating System (MOS) to ensure robust data and process governance, while upholding customer and business commitments through early risk detection and resolution strategies.
- Drive a Culture of Data and Process Governance: Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making, championing the use of analytics for strategic actions and driving the adoption of governance tools to enhance process management and organizational capabilities.
YOUMUST HAVE- Bachelors degree in the Science, Arts or Business disciplines
- 5+ years relevant professional experience
- Process analysis experience and the ability to create, read, and interpret BPMN diagrams to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Knowledge of data quality, data governance principles, data management practices, data visualization, and predictive analytics concepts
- Competence in analyzing process performance metrics and KPIs to assess process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, anticipate potential issues, and make informed decisions to address them proactively
- Excellent, clear, and articulate communication skills (verbal and written) to convey the vision, objectives, and benefits of the governance initiative to stakeholders at all levels as well as translate technical concepts in simple language
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and influence others to quickly adapt to change
WEVALUE- Certification in Data Management or Process Improvement (e.g., CDMP, BPMN, etc.)
- Expertise in overseeing ServiceNow data governance, including CMDB Health metrics, desired state audits, and automating remediation task assignments to maintain organizational standards compliance
- Strong analytical skills to optimize ServiceNow for CMDB governance, utilizing built-in tools and dashboards to ensure data quality, integrity and business alignment
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management experience with planning, executing, and monitoring change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
- Technical and business acumen to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization
- A strong commitment to excellence and striving for high standards to ensure thorough planning, execution, and evaluation of governance initiatives
- Leadership mindsets to inspire and motivating others to engage with and commit to the process improvements
