¡¡Important company in the Fintech sector is looking for a HR Generalist!
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience ONLY in HR sector Fintech or Startup
- English intermidate- advance (will be evaluated)
- Live in Mexico City
Knowledge:
-Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruitment, understanding of Boolean search and X-Ray
- Knowledge and successful experience using primary sources and platforms for recruitment in Mexico
- Understanding of key candidate assessment tools
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities of the position:
· Manage the full cycle of HR documentation in accordance with local legislation and the company's internal policies (contracts and agreements, vacations, certifications, orders, etc.)
· Handle the full recruitment cycle at the location: candidate search, initial screening, conducting interviews, negotiating, and communicating offers
· Develop and implement an onboarding system for new employees
· Organize corporate and team-building events in line with the global event strategy
· Liaise with various government bodies (including immigration services) regarding the hiring of expatriates
· Collaborate with the global HRBP and functional leaders to develop and implement strategies for employee retention, engagement, motivation, and satisfaction
We Offer:
- Monthly base salary: MXN 50K gross

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, face to face work
