We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with advanced proficiency in Portuguese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, tax compliance, and labor regulations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution.

One of our clients, a global consumer products company is in a divesting process of one of their divisions.

They need a Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultative team that helps them with payroll solution requirements

The consultant will:

. Review of payroll requirements documentation from payroll vendors and apply best practices

• Support development of test scripts to test payroll functionality and participate in execution of test scripts

• Support preparation for parallel run and validation of results (identifying suitable periods for parallel testing, supporting

data load /data validation accuracy)

• Support reviewing all payroll documentation to support live payroll processing

• Participate in cutover (including validation of data conversion accuracy) and go-live readiness activities

• Review data input and validate . Benefits, T& A data and integrated support.

• Review inputs and provide Input via Platform to new system.

• Validate payroll output .

• Review Payroll GTN and Prepare Checklist spot check for Payroll Regional Approval.

• Once payroll Approve Prepare - Funding Process and inform Finance . Upload Final reports for finance and support post

payroll activities.

• On countries without Local Ops . Payroll hub Prepare Input for Payroll processing and submit for Peer review. Before manager approval

Requirements

• Bachelor in accounting, finance, industrial relationships or similar
• English and Portuguese proficient to fluent Based in any country in Latam
• Payroll SME with more than 10 years of experience as payroll analyst, senior analyst or Manager
• LATAM experience is desirable in countries as Ecuador, Venezuela and Brazil
• Experience participating in migrations or new payroll or ERPs systems implementations
• ERPs experience in payroll modules
• 100% Remote

• Interested in working by project from 6-9 months with opportunity to extend
