POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for ensuring customers receive accurate invoices in a timely manner. This may include auditing freight bills for accuracy of billing, revising, and amending freight bills, and resolving customer disputes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the invoicing process for each account under your responsibility.
· Perform the invoicing activities required to comply with our customer's billing requirements (standard and customized).
· Identify billing errors and involve other areas to implement permanent solutions.
· Submit the corrections related to invoicing issues.
· Audit and monitoring, on a timely manner, the delivery of invoices sent to the customers.
· Audit and respond to inquiries made directly by the customers.
· Audit and maintain customer's billing information (profile).
