This position is the first point of contact for employees and managers on all questions related to HR
policies and programs. This position will focus on efficiently resolving questions while providing
exceptional customer service.
Let's talk about main responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient customer service through phone calls, chat messages and online request forms
Answer questions on Colgate's HR policies, programs and systems in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations
Document all relevant notes on inquiries and resolution actions in case management system
Review all relevant documentation and articles available in knowledge management system to provide thorough and accurate answers
Research and follow up on open items as necessary to resolve customer questions
Escalate requests appropriately where guidance or further clarification of policies and procedures is required
Propose updates to content in the Knowledge Management system to help with future inquiry resolution
What you need for this position:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year of experience in HR, customer service or related fields
Data entry experience (preferred)
Experience with HR and/or shared services technology functionality (e.g., case management, knowledge management, ESS/MSS, etc.) (preferred)
English Advanced Level
Intermediate Portuguese Level
