?? We're hiring: Middle Marketer (Remote – Mexico)

Contract type: Full-time

We are an ambitious edtech project expanding into the Mexican market. Our mission is to teach software developers how to launch and grow their own IT service companies. After building a successful track record in Ukraine, we're now bringing our expertise to new markets — and we're looking for someone who can help us build strong, lasting relationships with our users in Mexico.

What you'll do:

- Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the launch of Growth Factory's incubator program in Mexico.

- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive leads, sign-ups, and program awareness.

- Localize and adapt marketing messages, creatives, and funnels to align with Mexican cultural and consumer behavior insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, and sales) to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, and competitor activity within the Mexican EdTech space.

- Set, monitor, and analyze key marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rates) to ensure campaign performance and ROI.

- Develop partnerships with relevant influencers, communities, or media channels in Mexico to amplify reach and credibility.

- Provide ongoing reporting and insights to the Growth Factory leadership team, with recommendations for optimization and growth.

What we're looking for:

? 2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital campaigns and performance marketing.

? Proven track record in EdTech or online education platforms, ideally with course launches in Mexico.

? Experience planning and executing go-to-market strategies for online courses or educational products.

? Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market and cultural nuances in communication and media consumption.

? Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
