Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources areas within companies in the 3PL logistics sector.
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of structures, payroll control, organizational efficiency, and executive reporting.
- Ability to participate in strategic decisions and contribute value to management committees or boards of directors.
- In-depth knowledge of the Labor Law (LFT), labor audits, and compliance with social standards.
- Proficiency in analysis and management tools (Excel). Knowledge and management of KPIs.
- Practical, results-oriented approach with communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
• Design and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the organizational climate and promote a high-performance culture.
• Establish performance evaluation and skills development programs.
• Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and salary structure.
• Optimize the organizational structure and propose improvements in personnel efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with the Labor Law (LFT), labor standards (NOMs), and social audits (SMETA).
• Coordinate exit processes and disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the law.
• Automate key HR processes.
• Participate in strategic organizational change projects.
• Generate reports and key human capital indicators for decision-making.
