Position Purpose

Support Fiancials applications. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to formulate solutions that address business strategies. Prepare solution options, identify risks, and perform required analyses. Document detailed description of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Proficient in general software development methodologies, testing, design, and implementation. Experience in Mexican legislation (e-accounting, factura electronica, complemento de pago)

Primary Accountabilities

• Work with ERP development team thru the design and implementation of system modifications, works with QA team to get the product tested and therefore ensures successful delivery of the work products. Collaborate with functional test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing and guide business users in testing.
• Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
• Interact with business customers (internal and external) to understand and document their business processes and requirements Develop Strong relationships with business users in all Functional areas
• Supporting a company's data security policies by ensuring that access is only given to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis
• Create and deliver contextual and customized content in the form of Flows, help tips, videos, links, and text into Digital Adoption Platform (Whatfix)
• Report writing and query creation in relation to ERP source system data.

Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

Area of Study: Information Technology & Financial Systems

Years of Experience: Three to five years.

Type of Experience: Broad and versatile reach in Financials Modules, preferably Accounts Receivables, Billing, Purchase Orders, General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Travel & Expenses and Fixed Assets.

Special Certifications or Technical Skills: "People Soft / Oracle / Sap Experience and or Certification.(Able to troubleshoot when customers have issues, Ability to speak the technical and accounting language).
