Description

• Provides insightful financial information to support management.
• Assists the Finance Manager in preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly financial forecasts.
• Provides financial analysis to support monthly operational reviews.
• Provides a guiding role for the department's financial analysts/cost accountants.
• Conducts regular presentations to management.
• Acts as a contact for both internal and external audit.

Profile

The selected candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with strong knowledge of accounting and finance practices. They must possess excellent financial and strategic analysis skills, along with proficiency in financial and accounting software. Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments. Additionally, advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access, is required. At least 5 years of experience in global manufacturing is required. Advanced English.
