Required Experience Education:

Pursuing associate or bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or business; preferable to have some experience working in an office environment.

About this role:

With supervision, the AR Specialist (practicant/inter) will learn and facilitate several processes within the AR department including, global invoice distribution, SAT document delivery, and cash application.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer invoice distribution to global customers through Access database tool
• Review invoices for accuracy and reconcile invoices between ERP system (Macpac) and Access database tool and follow up to resolve missing information/invoice
• Submit invoices to customer portals timely and accurately
• Manage AR subledger adjustments for internal credit memos
• Process customer credit card payments
• Assist the AR Cash Application Specialist with recording customer remittances and process cash application in our Mexico ERP system
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of the payment complement to SAT.
