At Wonderful Citrus, we are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Supervisor to join our team. This person will play a key role in providing financial insights, identifying improvement areas, and supporting strategic decision-making. The position is essential for ensuring accurate reporting to senior management and driving margin and profitability improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute internal financial reports and dashboards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance
• Analyze expense trends and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
• Use analytical tools to create visual reports and data insights
• Deliver regular financial analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Consolidate budgets, income statements, and long-term forecasts
• Communicate financial insights clearly across various organizational levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or similar roles
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in agriculture, food production, or consumer goods industries is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with business planning platforms or accounting systems (experience with widely used enterprise systems is a plus)
• Willingness to travel (25%)
