This position is responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, tracking shipment and delivery statuses, maintaining accurate records, and providing data-driven insights to help improve sales performance. The role also involves close coordination with supply chain, finance, and customer service departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Reponsabilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, pricing, and availability. Addressing customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. And create new customers on the system.
Collect, analyze, and report on sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports to support decision-making for the sales and management teams.
Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotes, contracts, and proposals. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Manage administrative functions related to the sales process, including order processing and tracking shipment and delivery statuses.
Experience & Background
• +3 years of working experience in sales or related fields.
• Familiarity with HVAC products and industry is a plus.
Degree and Language
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineer, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Advanced Excel Skills
Sales Processes: Familiarity with sales processes, from lead generation to order fulfillment. Understanding how sales teams operate, and the stages involved in closing a sale.
Customer Relationship Management Systems: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and support sales activities. Knowledge of how to leverage CRM tools for effective sales administration.
CStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales team members, and other departments
Being proactive in addressing challenges that arise in sales administration.
Organizational Skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Having a keen attention to detail ensures accuracy in order processing, data entry, and maintaining sales records.
Being customer-focused means understanding customer needs, providing excellent service, and building positive relationships.
Comfort with using CRM systems, order processing software, and other tools enhances efficiency in sales administration tasks.
