This position is responsible for managing cash flow, financial planning, risk management, leading projects and maintaining relationships with our financial banking partners. Responsibilities include: analyzing and managing financial data, financial forecasts, and strategic development to optimize cash flow and minimize company financial risk.
Main Responsibilities
Manage global cash flow by reviewing and approving transactions to support payment obligations
Implement strategies to enhance treasury operations and recommend cost optimizations
Collaborate with departments, streamline manual processes, and implement new treasury tools
Monitor bank accounts for at least 15 entities and ensure process compliance
Act as primary contact for Mexico banking partners and lead multimillion-dollar debt negotiations
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange and credit risks, and monitor currency markets
Prepare reports on treasury activities and lead finance team project
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration with over 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in banking platforms, advanced electronic banking software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex financial data
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (85%-95%) and Spanish (>95%).
High level of integrity, dependability, and ability to work within a team environment
Critical and strategic thinking abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change
Ability to read, analyze, and translate contracts, with professional skepticism in all interactions
