About the job
This position is responsible for managing cash flow, financial planning, risk management, leading projects and maintaining relationships with our financial banking partners. Responsibilities include: analyzing and managing financial data, financial forecasts, and strategic development to optimize cash flow and minimize company financial risk.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage global cash flow by reviewing and approving transactions to support payment obligations
- Implement strategies to enhance treasury operations and recommend cost optimizations
- Collaborate with departments, streamline manual processes, and implement new treasury tools
- Monitor bank accounts for at least 15 entities and ensure process compliance
- Act as primary contact for Mexico banking partners and lead multimillion-dollar debt negotiations
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange and credit risks, and monitor currency markets
- Prepare reports on treasury activities and lead finance team project
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration with over 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in banking platforms, advanced electronic banking software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex financial data
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (85%-95%) and Spanish (>95%).
- High level of integrity, dependability, and ability to work within a team environment
- Critical and strategic thinking abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change
- Ability to read, analyze, and translate contracts, with professional skepticism in all interactions
