This position is for an experienced professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise who leads in the supply and demand planning process, and is responsible for making significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance performance of work area and team. Works with internal and external team leaders to develop financial forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads in the development of strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
Spearheads the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.
Leads in the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand.
Analyzes identified demand streams and leads in the establishment of data relationship linkages.
Collaborates with product development leaders, sales and marketing team leaders to develop demand forecasts.
Leads in the planning of capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
Facilitates with manufacturing team leaders and leads in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
Analyzes and leads in the development of new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability, and reliability.
Spearheads tracking of appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
Leads in the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.
Guides in establishing clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP.
Requirements
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (RI), Business Administration (LAE), or Mechatronics Engineering (IMA).
Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in direct material purchasing and/or planning processes.
Languages: Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
