What awaits you?
- Act as the operations-interface to the Q-meeting landscape, offline processes, task forces, F90/auxiliary rooms, vehicle plant reclamation processes, QMT, and FMEA planning
- Responsible for coordinating, validating, and challenging the rework processes, Q-Checks, and quality analysis
- Focus on creating and harmonizing processes across different concepts and suppliers, implementing standards to drive consistency
- Responsible for setting up processes, workflows, and implementation of standards.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of processes and tools for achieving targets, in line with the overall methods and systems of the central plant management function and the central technology.
- Guarantee all relevant process databases and documents are up-to-date and maintained, and be responsible for optimizing the quality landscape in production.
- Ensure reduction/elimination in quality issues, waste, and business costs by improving ergonomics, process stability, and utilization.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing quality processes and systems
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English.
