Requirements:

Experience: Over 7 years in Import Export (As lead)

Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, (akin)

Skills:

• Advanced English (~85%)
• Intermediate proficiency on Office suit
• Experience in SAP (FI, Import system, IN)
• Proven experience with: GTM SUITE, client portals, VUCEM, customs agents.
• Proficient in current legislation RGCE, Anexo 24, 30, 19, and 22.
• Proficient in Foreign Trade Law and Customs Law.
• Proven experience administering contracting agencies, forwarders, trade agents, customs agents, consultants & auditors (internal and external)

Responsibilities:

• Personnel management
• Timeline / project management
• Supervising IMEX operation, audits
• Traffic control (clearance and delivery schedule) (partnering with Logistics)
• Inventory / compliance management (RVC, legal).
• Traffic management (ETD, ETA, delays, etc)
• Budget management (PECE, Fines and Fees, Expenses)
• Knowledge and handling of IMMEX (IN, A1, RT, A3, F4, F5, BO), PROSEC, CIVA, INEGI, and DUNS (critical)
