Position Title: Plant Controller

Location: Puebla

Job Summary: Oversees the financial operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost management, and alignment with company objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in manufacturing environments, a deep understanding of financial processes, and excellent leadership skills to support the plant's operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the plant.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including cost of goods sold (COGS), production variances, and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize production costs and improve profitability.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Plant Controller or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Cost Controlling experience it´s a must
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
