LabVIEW Developer

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

• Lead the creation of automation libraries for Design Verification (DV) Vehicle features working in different solutions such CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, Diagnostic, AI Solution and Vision inspections.
• Lead teams in other Ford Regions for supporting Core HiL DV methods and code development.
• Create HiL models for Vehicle features using /NI
• Design and development of LabVIEW /C/C++ projects

Selection Criteria:

• Knowledge of vehicle architectures & for testing tools such UDS, CAN, AUTOSAR
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both English and Spanish.A
• Able to work flexibly across multiple code languages such LabVIEW Python, C, C#, and MATLAB.
• Able to simultaneously work on multiple projects while independently managing their time.
• Able to develop new expertise as needed. Possess the character and interpersonal skills required to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as LabVIEW / TestStand

Qualifications Required:

• Familiarity with electrical architectures, electrical systems
• Familiarity with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) desired.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW
• BS in Automotive/Electronics/Mechatronics, Engineering required.
