ACCOUNTING MANAGER – Oil & Gas Sector

Role Mission:

Lead and ensure compliance with established policies through the administration and supervision of accounting operations and transactions, maintaining precise internal control over the company's financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (professional license required) / Postgraduate degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in accounting firms).
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal control, and financial statement consolidation.
• Experience managing multiple currencies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems: SAP (FICO), SAE, COI, ASPEL.
• Advanced English (B2-C1).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and proper application.
• Oversee account consolidation and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze consolidated financial information to detect deviations.
• Ensure the organization and control of accounting documentation.
• Generate monthly expense reports and analyze cost overruns.
• Lead the team, guiding the department toward results-oriented performance.
