Manufacturing Manager

In our EDS, Electrical Distribution System Business Unit, we engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.

Position Summary

To manage human, material and financial resources to achieve the objectives and cost models associated with the value chains under its responsibility.

Your Role

1. Manage audit system by levels.

• CBM Supervisor Audit Review.
• Perform Manager Audit.
• Review of Action Plans.

2. Manage the assigned Human Resource model.

• Resource allocation according to the production plan.
• Evaluation of human resources request.

3. Review compliance with production plans.

• Review and authorization of long terms.
• Review of Weekly Production Plans.
• Review of Start-Ups and Shift Closings.
• Administration of tasks for coordinators.

4. Ensure KPIS compliance

• Labor Efficiency Objective.
• Scrap Objective.
• Attendance Objective.
• Census Objective
• CC Objective.
• Compliance in Schedulle Atteinment.
• DPMUS Compliance
• Down time compliance
• Compliance in Schedule Attainment (Volume & Mix)
• Operation System (EOS)

Your Background

• Engineering Degree or related
• English language 80%

• Knowledge and application of lean manufacturing tools (cycle time, takt time, bottlenecks, workload balancing, waste, dps, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate.
• Team player.
• OFFICE package management
