Job Description

As Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will manage Logistics spending: transportation, customs brokerage, and warehouse, negotiating purchasing agreements optimizing total value, and ensuring company and customer satisfaction in compliance with established procedures.

You will report to Procurement Manager. This Job is located in Tepexpan

Responsibilities

-Responsible for selecting and negotiating with approved vendors and placing purchase orders in response to product requirements established by various departments within the organization.

-May give some guidance and direction to other Buyers.

-Implement sourcing projects

-Support complexity reduction projects

Qualifications

-The project lasts for three years with the option to move to other areas based on performance.

-2-4 years of professional experience in procurement and in sourcing indirect or direct procurement in an industrial company.

-Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle and SAP.

-Advanced English skills (B2). This is necessary to work with different levels of the business
