JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sale
•Defines and implements sustainable growth plans and strategies by identifying opportunities through understanding market trends: macroeconomic, demographic, political, industry, sales channel, customer and Pfizer strategy indicators.
Responsible for meeting sales targets
•Analyze, measure and maximize the value of the negotiation for Pfizer taking into account strategic variables to generate options that impact a sustainable negotiation in the medium and long term.
Define collaborative plans with clients “Joint Business Plan”
•Proposes specific plans, improvements and processes to streamline Pfizer's portfolio according to the potential of its account(s) for continuous improvements in sales growth and profitability.
Margin
•Determines the best strategies to drive profitable and sustainable growth for Pfizer and the customer by evaluating cost scenarios and simulations (G2N/P&L management) supported by the various functional areas of the business (e.g.; Commercial Strategy, Finance, Marketing).
•Manages the elements of the value chain to identify possible growth with optimization in profitability.
•He is responsible for the budget and optimization of the investment of his account together with all areas of the organization
Execution .
•Ensure the execution of point-of-sale plans through efficient communication, negotiation and the correct end-to-end process, both with the client and Pfizer areas, to meet sales/product objectives.
•Ensures the implementation of marketing/trade activities with the client (e.g. Campaigns, Pfizer Conmigo)
•Serves as Pfizer's representative to customers
Ensures the level of presence per product
•Manages the acquisition of customer information. (e.g. Sell Out, inventories, etc.)
•Analyze and evaluate the behavior of the products vs. the investment
Coordinates that supply requirements are met
Administrative
•Coordinates and supports compliance with agreements such as One Pfizer (Order to Cash, Credit and Collection, Logistics Agreements, etc.).
•Keeps legal requirements, compliance and pharmacovigilance up to date (Contracts, courses, etc.).
•Responsible for coordinating his team
Indispensable:
•Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or Chemical, Industrial, or Biotechnological Engineering (graduate)
•3-6 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, commercial strategies, key account management (KAM), customer relations.
•Intermediate English.
•Advanced handling of Power Point, Excel, Word.
Desirable:
•+2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
•Management of Internal Systems Supply Me, GCMA, ADW, etc.
•Experience in managing Business to Business (B2B) strategies.
