Key Responsibilities:

• Influence and advise leaders and their teams, reinforcing the responsibility and importance of ensuring legal and ethical compliance across all applicable operational areas.

• Attend and participate in global, regional, and local Compliance Committee sessions.

• Participate in global, regional, and local Ethics Committee sessions.

• Actively engage in the review and oversight of Donations and Sponsorships projects.

• Supervise, provide training (as reminders), and manage the Gifts and Hospitality tracker.

• Oversee and manage the tracker for applicable laws.

• Supervise, provide training (as reminders), manage, and coordinate all Policy Controls.

• Provide general administration and training (as reminders) for the global compliance program and global/local policies (as applicable).

• Assist with internal and external audits related to compliance.

• Provide internal consultations and legal advice on compliance-related matters.

• Address incidents in coordination with GIRT and local teams due to process deficiencies in compliance matters.

• Promote compliance with global policies among employees by requesting communications through Marketing/HR/Operations (e.g., intranet, agent screens, posters on operational floors, etc.).

• Administer, manage, and conduct internal audits regarding the signing and safekeeping of Privacy Notices.

• Assist with internal and external audits related to Privacy.

• Provide internal consultations and legal advice on Privacy, confidentiality, or the handling of employees' sensitive data.

• Address incidents in coordination with GIRT and local teams due to process deficiencies in Privacy matters.

• Draft and/or review NDA and DPA agreements.

• Oversee licenses and operational permits for sites, offices, etc.

• Coordinate and follow up with external law firms regarding litigation and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications & Previous Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Master's degree in Law (preferred)

• Certification or diploma (preferably in Compliance).

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance with various authorities.

• 3 years of experience as a Compliance Manager or similar role.

• Proficiency in risk monitoring software.

• Experience with policy compliance management platforms and controls.

• Ability to use risk matrices and data analysis tools.
