The Headlines:
In the role of Assistant Trade Marketing Manager working in Monterrey, MX you will be part of the LATAM Marketing team. You will be responsible to assist and ensure flawless execution of all promotional efforts and activations of Molson Coors brand plans and programs in all classes of trade in Mexico. Provide support in the development, deployment and execution of brand and trade tools (POS, secondary exhibitions, VAP, etc.). Gather information from the Field Sales team on execution, program results, and building all trade marketing initiatives postmortem reports based on the established KPI's.
This position reports to Associate Trade Marketing Manager and works closely with Molson Coors stakeholders and Heineken Mexico.
The Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery and management of every day and brand campaigns POP materials, VAP to distribution centers for execution through different regions.
Assist in the purchasing process of CAPEX investments, tracing dates, deliveries, installations and ensuring adherence to project timelines with Field Sales team
Support PO creation and Budget tracking on Trade Marketing funds ensuring proper management and adherence to budget assigned to retail programs
Provide feedback and learnings captured in the AOP for Trade and Shopper marketing programming
The Other Qualifications:
Must be fully Bilingual, English and Spanish
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Finance OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Marketing/Sales
You have at least 1-3 years experience in trade marketing
Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of Sales, Channel strategy, Retail Execution, Path to Purchase, Marketing principles and techniques, ROI, market syndicated data
Brand centric understanding of insights, classes of trade and understanding of the effectiveness of previous brand activations
Deep understanding of how to sales trends and syndicated data to apply them into the programs' post mortem reports and KPI's.
