Objetivo del puesto: Atender llamadas inbound y generar llamadas outbound tanto de nuestros usuarios como de no usuarios. Dar atención oportuna a los requerimientos recibidos por medio de correo, formularios de páginas web y redes sociales. Apoyar a usuarios de Solución Integral. 

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

• Proporcionar información de nuestra propuesta editorial al público usuario y no usuario.
• Dar seguimiento a requerimientos y generar una comunicación efectiva con su equipo de ventas.
• Trabajo en conjunto con los representantes de la zona asignada para el logro de los objetivos.
• Generar reportes para cada representante, supervisor y gerente de ventas.
• Captura de información en Nexus

Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos

Esenciales/Excluyentes:

• 1 año mínimo de experiencia en ventas telefónicas o atención al cliente
• Manejo de MS Office
• Excelente ortografía y redacción
• Manejo de CRM
• Excelente servicio al cliente
• Trabajo en equipo
• Adaptabilidad
• Que vive en CDMX y/o área Metropolitana

Deseables/No excluyentes:

• Experiencia en la industria editorial educativa
