Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade or similar.
• Previous experience in Foreign Trade, Imports, and Exports.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibility

Land Export:

• Coordinate the transportation of commodities in accordance with the negotiated Incoterms.

• Coordinate with the Mexican and American Customs Brokers for the corresponding export clearance and American Entry.

• Prepare letters of instruction for the Customs Broker and review and authorization of the proforma customs declaration.

• Elaborate a Foreign Trade complement for the fiscal invoice.

• Direct communication with the client to report the status and coordinate on-site delivery.

• Internal records of the foreign trade transaction.

Air Export:

• Prepare letters of instruction for forwarders and parcel letters.

Land Import:

• Coordinate the collection of ready orders and send them to suppliers.

• Track arrival at the warehouse and send documentation to the Customs Broker for each arrival and clarify any discrepancies during the review.

• Create an Excel import schedule.

• Create a layout for the carrier's CCP.
