Brand & Content Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee content creation, including website, social media, email marketing, and collateral.
Develop compelling storytelling and messaging to enhance brand positioning.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
Manage SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Market Research & Analytics:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends.
Use data analytics to track performance metrics and report on key marketing KPIs.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
