EXTERNAL COLLECTION AGENCY MANAGER

Are you a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in the Auto Loan industry? Do you have a track record managing external collection agencies? Do you have knowledge of the regulations and strategies to achieve this?

Objective:

Supervise, administer, and manage all operations related to the collection of external agencies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and achieving recovery objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the performance of external collection agencies.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection processes and improve recovery rates.

• Ensure all collection activities are carried out legally and in accordance with regulations.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for external agencies.

• Analyze collection data and provide periodic reports on performance and trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partner agencies.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with external collection agencies.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of collection activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex collection issues.

• Stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing external collection agencies, preferably within the financial or automotive finance field.

• Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations.

• Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Data reporting skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
