Position Objective
Lead the commercial strategies for the Heavy and Light segments in Mexico and Central America. The main objective is to increase sales in the Aftermarket and OES markets, maximizing value, volume, and contribution margin, while expanding sales channels and strengthening relationships with key distributors, large retailers, and fleets. The candidate must coordinate the sales team to ensure the achievement of strategic goals, drive product portfolio growth, and ensure efficient management of pricing, commercial policies, and key projects for opening new markets.
Main Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage sales goals for the Aftermarket market in Mexico and Central America.
· Develop and expand new sales channels, including relationships with distributors, large retailers, and fleets in the IAM and OES segments.
· Oversee and ensure the achievement of goals in terms of value, volume, and contribution margin.
· Expand the product portfolio through feasibility analysis and execution.
· Coordinate the sales team in the execution of visits, goals, and programs aligned with product line objectives.
· Monitor sell-in and sell-out to define strategic actions with customers.
· Conduct strategic and budgetary planning for the area.
· Prepare reports and management presentations on sales results.
· Define pricing strategies, positioning, and commercial policies.
· Manage key projects to capitalize on market opportunities.
Essential to have:
· English Level: Fluent C1-C2 (able to maintain business conversations).
· Experience: 3-5 years in the Automotive Industry, preferably with multinational companies.
· Proven experience in Aftermarket and OES sales.
· Experience in developing new sales channels, strategic and budgetary sales planning, pricing definition, commercial policies, project management, among others.
Schooling/Location:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in fields such as Administration, Engineering, or related areas. (CVs from other disciplines will be considered based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills).

Knowledge:
· Aftermarket and OES Market: Sales management in auto parts and distribution.
· Sales Channel Development: Expansion of new channels in IAM and OES.
· Commercial Strategies and Sales Planning: Setting goals and budgets for Heavy and Light segments.
· Sales Team Management: Coordination and leadership to achieve commercial objectives.
· Pricing and Commercial Policies: Pricing strategies and policies to maximize contribution margin.
