As a HR Labor Affairs Ford Champ you will learn about the factors that may impact the Ford of Mexico's wage and contract negotiation cycle for Hourly Personnel in the four manufacturing sites in Ford of Mexico

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Update metrics and demographics of hourly personnel: maintain updated hourly personnel metrics for all locations.
• Update economics metrics
• Investigate labor news in Mexico and around the world to get a broad overview of labor issues.
• Support to the Staff Labor Relations team in different administrative activities (preparation of presentations, legal documentation organization, follow up of requests for quotations of branded products, etc.)
• Support in improvement projects for plant metrics.
• Support in different needs focused on automotive industry analysis.
• Execute various activities to organize national meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Active student from any of the last 4 semesters (Psychology, Business Administration)
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Solid senses of accountability and proactiveness
• Positive attitude and result-oriented resourcefulness
