An opportunity for a Functional Application Specialist in SAP BW (Business Warehouse)

• We are looking for a SAP BW (SAP Business Warehouse) professional who will be part of the IM Services support team. Does that sound like you? 

About the job 

SAP BW Application Specialist will be part of a global team supporting the company in SAP BW area of expertise.

As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.

In your future role as SAP BW Specialist you will:  

• Manage incident resolution to keep systems operations and maintain uptime
• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP BW Hana and SAP ERP, Anlysis for Office, SAC
• Good experience with detailed technical analysis on incident and change request
• Independently should be able to fix issues identified as part of analysis for incident or change request
• Involvement in new business requirement, gathering deliverables as part of projects & innovations to deliver in optimized manager
• Oversee application performance and ensure integrity of the production environment
• Maintain applications in accordance with SLA standards and business needs
• Execute and support enhancements and changes in collaboration with key users and stakeholders
• Functioning as 1st escalation point for vendors and users, incident management, registering, monitoring and resolving of applications related tickets.
• Responsible for proper and updated documentation
• Business communication and interaction in English 

We believe you bring  

• Relevant degree or equivalent in a related field.(SAP Certification)
• Proficient knowledge and hand-on experience with SAP BW/HANA and SAP ERP
• Data Extraction BW, Data Modeling BW/HANA, Data Reporting/HANA, Hana Modeling, 
• Analysis for Microsoft Office,SAC

Great if you have 

•  Experience with Celonis for process mining solutions
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Relevant certifications in application management or ITIL
