Our mission is to build a dynamic and thriving creator ecosystem across Latin America, starting with Mexico.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Creator Business Development Specialist to join our team and focus on recruiting, training, and managing TikTok content creators. The goal is to expand and strengthen our official creator network. This role is key to shaping TikTok's content landscape in Mexico.

Requirements:

• Strong command of office software (Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Solid academic background with strong comprehension and learning skills.
• Intermediate English (must).
• Interest in digital trends, social media, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use influencer discovery tools (e.g., Nox, Fastmoss) to establish strategic influencer connections.
• Execute mass outreach campaigns via WhatsApp and TikTok backend messaging.
• Organize, categorize, manage, and train influencers to align with brand goals.
• Support the planning and creation of engaging, relevant content to grow community engagement.

On-site, from Monday to Friday.

Schedule: 9 am to 6pm
