Job Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate fleet operations, supervising supplier activities (leasing companies, workshops, and insurance providers) to ensure compliance with contracts and internal policies. Ensure continuous vehicle availability and proper preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Design, implement, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to fleet operations. Work on continuous improvement of operational processes by generating clear documentation that promotes standardization and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and control the fleet's assigned budget, ensuring that expenses remain within established limits. Perform variance analyses between planned and executed budgets, identifying areas of opportunity to optimize costs and ensure the profitability of the operation.
• Provide relevant and accurate information to management to support strategic decision-making, using fleet data (costs, incidents, maintenance, availability). Ensure that decisions are based on reliable and updated data to optimize fleet efficiency.
• Identify and promote continuous improvement projects in fleet management, focusing on cost optimization, operational efficiency improvement, and risk reduction. Propose and implement corrective actions based on performance analysis and feedback received.

Compensation

• Monthly salary from $28,000 to $35,000 MXN.
