We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the proper functioning and safe operation of plant equipment. If you are a problem solver with leadership skills and a focus on safety and efficiency, we invite you to apply!
Requirements:
- Degree: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in natural gas combustion ovens, CNC lathes (FANUC), hoist systems, roller conveyors, and hydraulic pumps.
- PLC knowledge and the ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and general maintenance processes.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Staff management experience.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with critical and creative thinking skills.
- Capable of managing time and responsibilities independently.
- Leadership skills, with a focus on achieving objectives and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities while ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure the proper functioning and safe operation of plant equipment.
- Identify the root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective, preventive, and systematic actions to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Lead teams, focusing on objectives and continuously improving maintenance processes.
