We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Preboarding Services Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will help ensure a smooth transition for new hires, support preboarding processes, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive preboarding support in a fast-paced environment for various client groups within the company.
-Manage day-to-day preboarding service tickets, processes, transactions, escalations, and program/event support, including offer letters, employment agreements, background checks, drug screenings, and other preboarding documentation.
-Ensure a positive customer experience for functional stakeholders, external candidates, employees, HR Managers, and people managers.
-Collaborate with different functions across the business to meet their needs and execute effectively.
-Communicate consistently with People Leaders to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.
-Prioritize and multitask in a high-demand environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
-Apply Lean principles to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
*Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 1 year of HR experience.
-Proficient in English and French (both written and spoken).
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
-Experience in background check review and customer service delivery.
-Familiarity with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
-Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and make decisions independently.
