JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented Web and Graphic Designer who knows how to leverage AI tools to enhance their creative process. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking designer who combines traditional design expertise with modern AI-assisted techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly web pages and graphic assets.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Figma AI plugins, Framer AI, etc.) to accelerate design workflows and generate creative ideas.
• Create intuitive, responsive front-end designs with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality designs.
• Experiment with AI prompt writing and fine-tuning to guide AI-generated content effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-assisted design and front-end technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX, and graphic design work.
• Proficient in design software like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and modern web design tools.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to create and refine AI prompts to generate design assets or ideas.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a growth mindset regarding AI's evolving role in design.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
• Knowledge of basic motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) for collaborative projects.
• Embrace innovation by using AI as a creative collaborator in the design process.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail while staying open to iteration and experimentation.
