Descripción
CCL Industries is seeking to hire a Tax Manager located in Parque Industrial Queretaro, QRO. The Tax Manager will be primarily responsible to support tax matters associated with the activities of multiple CCL affiliate companies operating within Mexico.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Interacts proactively within Corporate Team and Divisions to ensure accurate accounting, and financial reporting.
· Liaise with Controllers team, Group Tax or tax consultants to ensure appropriate interpretation of new legislation.
· Drives and coordinate the yearly taxation Strategy for the CCL affiliate companies in Mexico.
+ Collaborates with key stakeholders, including accounting authorities/internal and external auditors, follow-up on any audit issues and implement correcting measures.
· Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on Taxation for related policies and processes, drives productivity and continuous improvement and process changes.
· Operate as a liaison between internal capabilities and external advisors
+ Support transfer pricing advisors & internal TP capability with all local compliance requirements
+ Provide local tax technical expertise and analysis in support of local business operations, weekly routine questions involving tax or new projects.
· Provide support for tax audits and informal inquiries from the tax authorities.
· Monitor and research for law changes that could impact tax
+ Identify and communicate potential value-added opportunities and business team when appropriate
· This role will report to VP Finance & IT, CCL Design Worldwide & CCL Industries Mexico
