Job Purpose
To handle the AP helpdesk tasks, responding to queries from internal and external vendors. Ensuring accurate processing and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and queries from vendors and internal teams regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist in processing invoices and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Provide status updates on invoices and payments to internal and external customers
- Ensure the correct documentation and records for all transactions.
- Handle ad-hoc AP tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with vendors and internal teams.
Skills and Experience
· Accounting or related field background.
· Strong accounting AP working experience. Public company experience highly preferred.
· Advanced level of English and Portugese - able to engage a conversation and give presentation
· Great communication skills and empathy when dealing with people.
· Must be proficient with MS Excel - V-look Up, Pivot table functions
· SAP AP Module
