Description

The main responsibilities are:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels in company facilities and at partner locations to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage shipments to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Work closely with the shipping team (overseas) to optimize shipment schedules and routes.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate with suppliers to provide updates on order status
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of inventory levels, forecasts, and orders with partners
• Generate and present regular reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and other key metrics to management.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Engage in hands-on activities to ensure accurate inventory handling and control.

Profile

BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade/Business, Supply Chain Management or related field. At least 3 years of experience ideally within automotive industry in logistics and related roles such as import/export, inventory, management or supply chain operations. Fluent English level.
