· Minimum of 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.

· The ServiceNow Developer role is responsible for configuring and developing capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

· Experience in change and Release Management.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.

· Mid Server architecture to Telephonic Systems with Integrations and Problem-solving

· Experience in change and Release Management Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

· Integrations with Workday and some ingrown HUB applications.

· Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs for integration with external applications.

· Create and customize Service Portals utilizing AngularJS and ServiceNow widgets.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document system requirements.

· Implement and configure various ITIL processes in ServiceNow modules.

· Perform thorough testing of applications, troubleshooting and debugging as necessary.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.

· Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

· Provide support for application users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

· Participate in Agile development methodology practices.
