Descripción
We are looking for an Assoc Manager Customer Marketing Ecommerce
*JUNIOR POSITION*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate key account managers, agencies and brand managers to create customer focused plans that align commercial, marketing, company, and sales goals.
- Develop and nurture direct relationships with ecommerce agency team and global teams aligning to full-year planning agendas.
- Lead the implementation of marketing plans with the commercial team across customers and performance measurement of the results by identifying and measuring relevant KPIs.
- Optimization of marketing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness by identifying opportunities in visibility, audiences, catalogue, pricing, ads formats through constant performance tracking of sales, market behavior, consumer trends and campaign analysis.
- UX experience and digital merchandising knowledge for brand store creation and customer journey optimization through advertisements.
- Experience in SEO, digital analytics, and generation of insights.
- Understands digital metrics and possess previous ecommerce and online advertisement knowledge.
- Is familiarized with data structures, attribution models and can make relationships between different data sources.
- Administrating media split and budget to maximize sales and profitable considering consumer's behavior.
- Crafting messages in monthly campaigns for different clients and brands.
- Understand Shopper insights to create accurate strategies
- Lead e-commerce strategy guaranteeing:
- Digital Shelf strategy
- Portfolio strategy
- Promotional strategy
- Data analysis and planning for accurate decision making
•Financial KPIs analyze (Revenues, Variable Margin, OP)
•Weekly analysis of sell out, sell in, inventories, sell thru, pricing and distribution
Ensure excellence in execution working as a team with other areas of the organization.
•Build and support strategic business relationships with Customers to maximize Hasbro presence in store and retailers touch points.
•Provide guidance and support to sales and trade in the execution of their plans to deliver results at POS.
•Meeting with clients and collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments (marketing assistants, marketing managers, KAMS, KAES, Finance, and operations managers, etc…)
