Manufacturing Operations Plant Manager needed for a Manufacturing Facility that is in need of a strategic leader with an engineering background.

This is a direct placement opportunity in Silao, Mexico

Manufacturing Operations Plant Manager you will:

Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring production, maintenance, engineering, and operations run smoothly with little scrap.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS/Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university; related experience and/or training
• Many years of Manufacturing Site Management experience in a medium to high-volume manufacturing operation with the ability to promote a team environment.
• Proactive, hands-on supervision skills with extensive experience in motivating and leading successful productive teams
• ERP system experience is required, with working knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required

Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000/U.S.
