Descripción
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for interior design projects? We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and manage the sourcing, purchasing, and logistics of high-end hospitality renovation projects.
What You'll Do:
Project Analysis: Review interior design specifications and coordinate with clients and designers to resolve discrepancies.
Procurement & Budgeting: Quantify required materials, request supplier quotes, and prepare cost comparisons and recommendations.
Contract Management: Compile complete project budgets, present proposals to clients, and manage purchase orders and contracts.
Logistics & Quality Control: Oversee production, ensure timely deliveries, validate quality and quantities, and coordinate imports with customs agents.
Client Interaction & Post-Sales Service: Maintain constant communication with clients, manage replacements for damaged items, and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with international suppliers.
Highly organized with excellent documentation and data management abilities.
Knowledge of interior design specifications, furniture, and materials.
Experience in procurement, cost analysis, and logistics coordination.
**Willing to travel 70% of the time.
Current passport and US Visa**
Ability to work under deadlines and ensure quality and efficiency in every project.
