Requirements

Fresh graduate from Telecommunications Engineering, Production Engineering or Computer systems engineering.

Graduation time 2024 and 2025.

Office package domain;

Advanced English (mandatory);

Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support to coordinate the delivery of learning services in such different phases, such as training planning, resource preparations, training delivery and post-delivery
• Follow and monitor the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for learning service delivery area.
• Identify key points and difficulties in the project during training planning.
• Work with LAR (Latin America Region) and headquarter to solve delivery issues during training delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide support in communicating the progress of projects;
• Prepare and submit training handover & reports
• Analyze satisfaction survey and identify root causes that can optimize training quality results.
