Receptionist

· Greeting visitors and providing general office operations to our employees with warmth and professionalism.

· Manage front desk operations, including mail distributions, supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception area

· Monitor building access and sign-in procedures for guest

· Support all administrative duties and ensure that the office is operating smoothly

· Serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, job candidates, and vendors

· Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and their first day

· Maintaining the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen, conference rooms, stockrooms, storage closets, and communal areas for onsite meetings

• Maintaining, ordering, and organizing office supplies and equipment as needed

· Assist in planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties (birthdays and anniversaries), celebrations, and conferences

· Liaise and partner with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services

· Assist in creating and maintaining office policies and procedures

· Develop a contact management database and build relationship with outside vendors for re-occurring business etc., (catering, ordering of swag)

· Research community engagement and local partnership for community day

· Support the MXC Newsletter

· Assist in coordinating travel, recommendation, booking for team members that travel to the office

· Provide other support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, doing research, and creating reports

· Work closely with managers and leadership on any onsite requests and assistance needed

· Help create and establish a positive office environment and encourage our Core Values

· Performs other related duties as assigned
