Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with credit repair inquiries and services
Provide empathetic, clear, and professional communication to resolve customer concerns
Educate clients about credit repair steps and ensure accurate information is delivered
Meet and exceed performance KPIs including customer satisfaction and response time
Maintain high-quality documentation and follow compliance protocols

Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with U.S. financial services or credit systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
