Responsibilities:
Design and implement the IT strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
Develop and optimize technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, and IT security.
Implement Artificial Intelligence, automation, and robotics solutions to enhance operational and administrative efficiency.
Manage the help desk service to ensure business continuity.
Oversee the administration of servers, databases, and technological platforms.
Evaluate and manage digital modernization projects and integration of new technologies.
Lead technological innovation in key processes such as railway logistics, production plant automation, and customer service optimization.
Improve processes in various areas such as sales, accounting, and human resources through digital technologies.
Coordinate the development and integration of management software, access control, and package management.
Ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices in IT management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership positions.
Strong knowledge in programming, server management, databases, and IT security.
Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence, automation, and robotics in business processes.
Leadership skills and ability to execute technology projects with a focus on results.
Strong communication and management skills with multidisciplinary teams.
High ethics and professionalism in managing proposals, projects, and quotations.
