Qualifications:

• Professional Degree in any of the following careers: Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferable experience in the Supplier Quality area as an Intern.
• Experience working in Metal Mechanic or Refrigeration Industries.
• Availability to work in Apodaca
• Advanced Conversational English

Objetive: Conduct the investigation, opening, and registration of claims for non-conforming products or services received from suppliers, detected during Receipt Inspection, or reported from the Production Line, as well as ensuring the timely safeguarding of defective material in the Quarantine area.

Responsabilities:

1. Validate non-conforming products reported by suppliers.
2. Generate the Supplier Non-Conformance Report (SNCR) and distribute it to the relevant areas for follow-up.
3. Safeguard supplier materials both physically and in the system for the quarantine areas.
4. Dispose of non-conforming supplier materials according to the resolution of claims (physical changes, material removals, etc.).
5. Control access, material identification, order and cleanliness, as well as the removal of materials in the quarantine areas.
6. Update and maintain the required records.

Knowledge and Soft Skills:

• Quality Tools (8D's, Ishikawa, 5 Why's, etc.).
• Lean Manufacturing
• Basic Knowledge of welding processes
• Legal requirements for the quality management of suppliers
• Basic Six Sigma
