At HR Path México we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors SR Consultant, specializing in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and ABAP HR.

This role is critical to our operations, and we're looking for someone with strong international project experience and a passion for integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions.

Requirements:

Certified in SAP Integration Suite

Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid

Minimum three years as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant in the Employee Central and LMS modules

3–4 years of experience in both implementation and support

Advanced English proficiency

Strong knowledge of ABAP-HR and SAP CPI

Skills and Knowledge:

Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, SAP ERP, and non-SAP systems

Development experience with CPI IFlows, Groovy, Java, XML, and ALE (IDocs via RFC for payroll FI postings)

Team player with strong communication skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and ECP/ERP/custom systems

Develop ABAP according to client requirements

Set up custom integrations using CPI and Integration Center
